About John McGrory
John McGrory is the founder and principal of LIFT - Leadership Insights for Transformation. He spent over 24 years at Vanguard - one of the world's largest financial services organizations - in progressively senior executive roles, including Corporate CIO, International CIO, Head of Global HR Transformation, and Senior HR Director for IT.
John has led 400-person technology organizations, managed technology portfolios exceeding $110M, driven global enterprise transformation, and coached leaders at every level - from new managers to the C-suite.
He founded LIFT in 2020 to focus on the work he finds most meaningful: helping leaders grow and organizations build the leadership capability to thrive.
